I've had a couple of sessions with Craig and he really knows his stuff. Felt all the hard work afterwards aswell, the kind of burn that makes you want to keep on going and take that next harder level! He has made me feel more confident with weight training also as I used to just stick to cardio. Really enjoying the sessions with Craig, even before I was his client he was helpful and informative, always taking time to give me advice on how to train better and it was this positive influence that convinced me that a training programme with him would be the ultimate motivation going forward. His nutritional advice is changing my everyday life, I'm finding my energy levels and commitment to training are higher than ever previously, my body is responding as he envisioned and he is pushing me hard to achieve targets. It honestly feels like I'm training with someone that I could approach with any question and I feel comfortable changing training habits to any alternative suggestions that he may have as so far I'm delighted with everything we have done and feel very optimistic going forward with my training, many thanks!! Highly recommend Craig as fitness instructor and PT! He really cares and gets to know his clients and will always go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals. Me and my fiance have just completed a 2-month period of training 3 times a week with Craig in order to get fit for our wedding and we couldn't be happier with the results! Doing it as a couple was really fun as Craig came up with different exercises e dry day that we could do together to reach each of our own personal goals. Every day was different, fun and rewarding! Providing training and nutrition programmes so that the client understands exactly what it takes to reach their goals, a round the clock service to ensure that if any concerns may arise before or after sessions the client can speak with the trainer about this. Programmes will always be different from week-to-week ensuring that the client can adhere to the programme.

Persistence, understanding what needs to be done and how much self-discipline will be required for this to become achievable. Looking at the goal with the outlook a doctor would with a patient diagnosing what the problem is and then understanding the type of training and nutrition that will be required for this programme providing it is relevant and achievable for the client.

Sharing knowledge and raising awareness to individuals who are unaware about the dangers of not living a healthy lifestyle and not exercising and making their lifestyle better, seeing the improvement in people's energy levels and how it makes them feel, getting results is always a great feeling for everybody involved!

The reward of helping people and sharing knowledge to assist them with goals in their life while doing my passion as a job, I love the fitness industry and everything that goes hand in hand with it.

It's a less of me, more of you service - I am always on hand and no job is too big I will provide the service for anybody who wants to commit to a programme and it doesn't have to involve joining a gym I will always do home or work visits if this is possible, it doesn't end there if you get little time to exercise we can always do online exercising through Skype or any form of video calling.
