I am a REP’s Level 4 Personal Trainer specialising in low back pain, obesity and complex health conditions (Exercise Referral Instructor) and Yoga Teacher with over 25yrs experience working in the health and fitness industry. I have an enthusiasm and passion for empowering people to achieve their goals. Whether thats wanting to get stronger, healthier, increase your range of movement, balance or loose weight. I also work with those going for or who have had Gastric surgery. I can help you regain independence in daily tasks, improve your stamina and endurance.
I have a 'whole body' approach which means that I look at your current health, any past or current health conditions or injuries and medications you may be taking. This is to make sure that there are no contraindications to exercise that would place you at risk and to make your programme unique to you and your needs and goals you would like to achieve.
Maybe you have a specific goal in mind, like getting up the stairs, walking or running a 5K! or a Marathon for a loved one or charity. No matter what your Goal is I am sure I can help you get there.

Exercise is about what you enjoy - it doesn't have to be standard gym workouts. It can be so much more and I have the skills and knowledge to show you. I trained with YMCAfit and now have my own 1-1 training, I utilise my in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology, health conditions and nutrition in my Personal Training, to help my clients build a positive, balanced and healthy physical and nutritional lifestyle. I work with clients in their own homes, outdoors or in my home studio/gym.
I have a full range of equipment that I can bring to you. I also do 121 Yoga and either put this within your programme or it can be a separate session. Yoga is a wonderful way to build strength, flexibility and balance and is very popular with my clients.
Together we will find your likes, build them into a graded programme that is specific to you; so that you come away accomplished, happy and seeing the results week on week.
