Chrys developed a personal training program for me. My key goals were to reduce the risks associated with muscular atrophy & strengthen my ankles.
The purpose of this was to help prolong my ability to play five a side football twice a week as I proceed through my fifties.

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy diet is important to reduce the risks of illness and deterioration and to keep the body running, as it should.
A healthy diet is like making sure you're running your car on petrol, as it can't run on anything else. Your body works on the same principal, feed it right to keep it working and staying healthy and you'll feel amazing too :)
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Through the development of personalised SMART plans ensuring that the goals they've chosen are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time specific) . Clients are provided with the support and motivation required to make their Personal Fitness training an enjoyable experience of which they can take ownership of.

What do you love most about your job?
Encouraging clients to love what they do and seeing the results for themselves.
There's nothing better than hearing from clients how pleased they are with the results on how they look and feel from their fitness plans, e.g. that their clothes are fitting better, that they are able to do more active things, without being tired, that their mood has improved, etc.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been teaching exercises classes for over 20 years and felt that a lot of things available are mainstream which require individuals to be 'the same as everyone else'. I want to provide opportunities that are more personalised and bring the fun back into taking care of ourselves.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have over 20 years experience of exercise instruction and over 30 years of a variety of fitness experiences. I am interested in a holistic approach to supporting individuals in their fitness and well-being and enabling clients to take ownership of their activities and plans.
