Luke was very professional and approachable in his style of training. Support was given at all times along with encouragement and guidance. Even those times when I felt disappointed with a small weight loss one week he would reassure me this was normal and not to feel down. Sending photos of yourself to someone when you are not feeling in the best shape can cause anxiety and embassement but Luke was nothing but professional and made me feel totally at ease. I had great results from Luke which I am still maintaining a year later after learning so much from him.
I would highly recommend him as a PT, especially to women who are thinking of trying this.

Before working with Luke, I felt so helpless. I genuinely thought: “This is it. I am going to hate my body forever.” I was 100% convinced that I would never regain control over my life and happiness.
After just a few months with Luke, I lost two dress sizes and over a stone in weight, as well as gaining strength and increasing cardio endurance! I was able to still drink alcohol, eat things I genuinely enjoyed and workouts were challenging and fun but didn't control my life.
He gave me the tools to really understand my nutrition and exercise in a simple and concise way.
He's also super friendly and unlike some other coaches, genuinely has the time to help you reach your specific goals. You're not just another person on the books - he's invested in your journey and cares about the bigger, long term picture.

Really enjoyed my training program with Luke. It was super easy to follow using the app and Luke answered any questions I had, the check ins help to keep you on track as well as the support group.
I was a bit nervous about using some of the equipment in the gym, having never stepped foot in the free weights area before, but having a program to stick to, along with instruction videos of how to use all the equipment really helped. Ive had really good results and really impressed with how quickly my strength was improving and my body changing.

Working with Luke has helped me with gaining/maintaining a healthy weight, not only has he been fantastic at helping me get fitter and stronger he has also been there to give me that push of confidence when it's been needed. His weekly check-ins are also extremely helpful in allowing us to reflect on the week and see what has gone well and where improvements are required without any judgement. I started as doing workouts at home away from everyone as I never believed I could step foot into a gym due to my anxiety but Luke helped me over the course of a few weeks and helped me step foot into the gym and helping me every step of the way talking me through each exercise making sure that I was doing it correctly and using the equipment properly so as not to injure myself. I have worked with luke for approximately a year. He has been there for me to really re-learn my relationship with food. He is still helping me navigate social situations, stress, injuries, illness while trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle. It has helped me to STAY accountable despite what life throws me. I find his weekly check-in's so useful, and I've found the more information you share with him, the more you will get out of the experience. Some weeks I've been slacking and he has gone the extra mile to message me every day to check in.
From the start I have looked at this as a an investment in my future, and worth every penny.
Luke is really hard working and always happy to help or answer questions if need be.

Luke is so generous with his time and so patient 🙏🏽🙏
He's helped me even without an appointment, (someone of us might be rushing out the door. ..) but Luke immediately took me through some exercises he would recommend, not only for my physical but therapeutic care.

Luke has been a huge help. I’ve always struggled to gain weight/muscle mass. He helped me see what I needed to do to make it happen. We started tracking calories, found my maintenance calories. You can also contact me through a number of different platforms 7 days a week, and I will usually respond within 24 hours. The platforms I use for you to contact me are True Coach, which has a built in messaging service, and WhatsApp.
