How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

We work together to create a package that works for you. I am fully mobile so can train in any environment making the training exciting and interesting throughout. I also have a garage which I have transformed into a mini-gym where I can offer weight training, cardio and much more.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret is to have a good balance of healthy nutrition, varied exercise structure and to enjoy it.

Having a Personal Trainer isn't all about getting fit and looking great, It's about feeling good about yourself. Your health is priceless and I would like you to know that this is my main goal - to keep you healthy.

What do you love most about your job?

Everything, from working in small groups to large groups, from one2one to two2one it doesn't matter to me as long as goals are being achieved and people are seeing results that what makes me happy.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I worked for myself previously and could see that the industry needed someone mobile in Eastbourne due to the highly expensive gyms.

I am a fully qualified level 3 Personal Trainer.
