I am a natural bodybuilder and Personal Trainer who has been training for over 11 years. I have had a few coaches in the past from whom I have learnt a lot. I am a level 3 Personal Trainer and every day I study and keep up with the most recent research about the human body, training and nutrition science in order to offer my clients the best results in the least amount of time.

I have played sports and I have been trying to train in the gym however I felt lost on what to do and I was unsure on how results are actually achieved. Since I have started working with Paolo I have noticed visible progress on the very first month. Paolo is the kind of coach everybody needs to relieve the pressure of life, work, gym and nutrition. He is always online and ready to support you at any moment. What i can say , amazing preparations for the details and super support by application in a private way . 24/7 availability for help and suggestions. Extremely focus on technique and mental support ! You will never regret of choosing this man. He makes your training plan as per you real needs and realistic goals you want to achieve. My own struggles with mental health, body image, self confidence which in time have improved dramatically with a progressive training experience that gave me the results I've always wanted. I have become a completely different person, much happier and healthier. When I first started training the first few clients and they have told me I have changed their lives for the better.
I now live for the happiness and satisfaction of my clients.

I have been in their shoes and know how they feel. I have felt trapped in a life I knew I didn't want to live. My experience and knowledge gained throughout the years made me a Trainer like no others. I don't do cookie cutter plans, each plan is studied exactly around the individual and their individual circumstances.

I mainly provide my service remotely via my personal branded App from which I am able to provide instructions, Instructional videos, full 24h support and so much more.

Switched to remote Coaching, which costs less than half of ehat PT costs and offers results that are just as good, and often better.

Services

Elevate Fit is my App where I train my clients all over the world. It puts together training, nutrition and makes it easy to track progression in so many ways. From body fat, weight and strength progression, to weekly or bi-weekly progress photos function built in to make sure you’re always heading in the right direction.

It includes instructional videos for each exercise, it logs the weight that you lift for each exercise, and this will be visible to you on your next session so you know what to beat, ensuring progression.

It tracks what you eat, when you add the info in My Fitness Pal, it will auto-fills in the app, giving you a lot more details on your calorie intake. I will set up your macros, or give you a meal plan if you wish to.

I check what my clients are doing every day and I will be in touch whenever needed, giving you all the information and leaving you instructions. This extends to lifestyle and nutritional techniques too! Moreover, you can always message me expecting a reply within 24h within the App. It’s like having a PT with you, every day.

The training that I design is ad-hoc for each individual and so is the nutrition, I take 7 days from the initial consultation call and it’s usually ready on a Sunday for review, so you can start on Monday right away.

The app if very user friendly and very intuitive to use, you will love it.

I offer Gym-based 1:1, Mobile (your home) or Classes at Boss Gym in Eastbourne for people that wish to reach or maintain a peak level of fitness.

While training I want you to get the most of our time together, by designing your own specific training program tailored to your needs, goals and experience so you can improve your own fitness and overall health in a sustainable manner.

Whether you are experienced or not, Personal Training can help change your life, from helping you to lose weight or gain muscle mass, I want to teach you all I know so you can keep progressing in your fitness journey.

I want to teach you how to move correctly, safely and effectively as well as how you can take care of your body outside of training for the best results and longevity.
