My name is Harry, a Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer based in Seaford, East Sussex and Brighton. Specialising in HiiT workouts, interval training, functional fitness, circuit training, weight loss and body toning. I've been interested in fitness for years and have completed warrior runs, colour runs and half marathons and sampled almost every fitness class available!

Seeing the progress of clients and showing how good exercise is and the powerful feeling it can create, not just in changing the body but also stress levels and happiness.

I like working 1:1 with people to achieve their goals, setting my own targets and ambitions and having the freedom to work to the best of my ability in a setting I know I thrive in.

I understand barriers to exercise and why people might be nervous to starting a new fitness routine. Everyone is different and it is about tailoring the correct exercise suited to the goals of the client, getting the body moving and functioning exactly how it should.
