I grew up in Brighton and studied Fitness instructing and Health & Nutrition at Varndean college, Shortly after I qualified as a Personal trainer in 2016, I've learnt so much since being in this industry and have helped improve many lives with my knowledge and I love watching clients progress and succeed passed goals they previously thought were impossible.

I’ve trained with Mahli for 6 months, would highly recommend him! I’ve recently applied to join the military. I needed to improve fitness, stamina and strength. Mahli designed an individual fitness plan for me to meet the fitness criteria, which will enable me to be army ready. Mahli has loads of energy to keep you motivated!!! however i started training with him when i was really unfit due to an auto immune disease. he was incredibly informed with regards to taking things slow and bit by bit i really got my fitness back. he made sure at all times i was safe with regards to weights and positioning as he knows a lot about the physiology of both muscles and body. i would not hesitate in recommending Mahli. I signed up for the 10 sessions for £99 offer, it was amazing, I run a lot but needed to do something else to build some strength up, and Mahli designed me a specific program to help with that, every session was a challenge which I wanted so I was working hard, which involved interval training, circuit training, and weight training.
After the 5 weeks I noticed such a difference and Mahli also gave me dietary advice and tips along the way.
He really motivated me on each session and encouraged me when I was feeling like I had no more energy!

Since the PT sessions I have also signed up for Mahli’s bootcamp and in the new year intend to sign up for others he will be doing.

Mahli is a fantastic Personal Trainer! When I first met Mahli, I could clearly see his motivation, passion, and enthusiasm for helping people reach their potential! I've been working with Mahli for about 3 months and have completely changed my body type and fitness level. Mahli initially helped me lose a significant amount of weight and now we are working on improving my strength and all over fitness. His programs are always interesting, challenging and varied. I help my clients achieve their goals by putting them on a structured fitness programme which focuses on tracked progression to ensure they are constantly improving and becoming fitter.

I also tailor my programmes around the client's interests to keep them motivated and excited about fitness.

The secret is...... shhh I can't tell you ;)

only kidding, the secret to getting the body of your dreams happens in steps:

Step 1: Have achievable dreams about your body, everyone has restrictions on how they can look, for example, someone weighing 40kg and wanting to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger or The Rock is unachievable. this doesn't mean you can't get in great shape though!

Step 2: Work hard in the gym doing all the correct exercises that will help you achieve your goal (this is where I help)

Step 3: Do all the right things outside the gym to fast-track you to these goals (lifestyle and Diet)

Step 4: show off your gains :)

I love my job because people come to me struggling with fitness and achieving their goals and leave with a much better understanding of fitness, health and their selves. Fitness isn't just about what you look like but also how you feel and how confident you are about yourselves and its a nice feeling to watch clients grow in confidence and look happier.

I first got inspired at school where I would spend countless hours trying to improve upon my body and make myself not be the "skinny kid" after plenty of research both at home and in the classroom I realised I could help others by sharing my knowledge and saving them the hassle of having to research it themselves.

after many years of studying Health, Fitness & Nutrition at College and through Privately paid courses and qualifications, I decided to open my business and start helping people change their lives.

You should choose me if your willing to put in the work to achieve your fitness aspirations, I'm a very understanding and non-judgmental person and am patient enough to help overcome the hurdles necessary to reach your goals and have fun while doing it :)

1 to 1 training is the most effective form of training, as I can solely focus on the client and ensure they are training 100% safely and effectively.

This training is for those who have been injured or have a condition that can be improved through a prescribed exercise plan, If you have any of the following conditions then I'm qualified to prescribe specialised plans to improve your condition:
