Just believe in it,but be prepared to give 110%to achieve results, there is not a magic potion or the magic workout there is the ambition that will get you the energy every day to follow the strategy agreed to achieve the results you want.

What do you love most about your job?

I really love to work with different kind of people,each with different needs and goals,and to develop personalised training programme for them. I love the accomplishments that comes from seeing my clients reaching their goals and this inspire me to grow and learn something new every time.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I started to train customers in the park with face to face session couple of years ago,i started with some people I use to know, then i tried to work in a gym,but their mentality and their way to train clients was different from my prospective and my way to intend this role. So i went back on training clients face to face, and a month and a half ago i realised(from some customer feedback)that for many people was more convinient and affordable to have an online coach and so i decided to open my online business
