The park is very large and was colourful even during the cold season of March. It is suitable for photos, walking, relaxation or picknic. Surely a great place to visit in South West London. More...

Being able to instil lifestyle changes to all of my clients to help them achieve their goal.

The Pandemic. Gym's were closed and there was nowhere to work out. I took it upon myself to create The Park PT and provide an alternative way of training while gym's were closed.

Whether it's because you don't like going to the gym, it's too far, or you have no idea what you're doing in there - The Park PT is here to guide you to your goals. This eco-friendly way of working out is 1-1 and will provide you all the tools you need to stay consistent and learn sustainable habits.

I offer my services both online and remote. I provide this through a platform called TrueCoach

Working outdoors in a park is the ideal space to work out in to deter from COVID-19.
