Claudio it's a very nice person and deeply prepared in what he does. I'm still on my way to reach my goal,but after a month with him I can definitely say that I made the right choice and not only because of his skills but also for the extra support he gave to me from the beginning. Everything will depend from your goal,that we will set together.Fitness level expectations and time you want to spend on training are important to determine the goal.A macronutrient calculation will be included with your plan, for something more specific i got some specialist that can help us. I started to train customers in the park with face to face session couple of years ago,i started with some people I use to know, then i tried to work in a gym,but their mentality and their way to train clients was different from my prospective and my way to intend this role. So i went back on training clients face to face, and a month and a half ago i realised(from some customer feedback)that for many people was more convinient and affordable to have an online coach and so i decided to open my online business
