My main objective as your coach is to get to know you and come up with a training and nutrition strategies that will fit in with your schedule, personal preferences, physical abilities and your health and fitness aspirations, during and after the training programme. Mind game is important so we'd work on that too.

There's no secret, but the simple and no-nonsense thruth that everyone knows about, yet it's hard to put it to work - CONSISTENCY!

Being able to facilitate the mental change as well as physical.

It's in my DNA. I can't imagine doing anything else.

You should choose me only when you are really ready, willing and able to make changes to your life. Change is not easy and changing your body can be a rocky ride. I'm here to help you get better at changing in the first place and make those first important steps easier.

I deliver sessions in-person, online via Zoom or you can follow one of my programmes delivered via MyPTHUb app on your own and reaching out for feedback or advise whenever you need it. To get the results you want, I recommend to invest in a pair of Dumbbells or Kettle Bells (at least 5kg each if you are beginner) and resistance band.

When training in person, antibacterial equipment and hand sanitisers are being provided.

Personalised macro-nutrients calculation, Meal plan sample, portion and macros tracking system + weekly support.
Additioanl home workouts or activities plans delivered via the app, as needed.
