What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Most of us focus on weight loss or weight gain - but in fact we really want fat loss or muscle gain. Therefore, the key is to understand and measure how much fat/muscle you have on your body because you can't manage what you don't measure. At the Nutrition coach we offer a free body analysis, aswell as track the progress on a weekly basis during the transformation.

What do you love most about your job?

Being someone who for many years struggled with losing weight, and who literally spent £1000s on personal trainers and smart liposuction (all of which didn't work), the fact that i can now share what i know that works, and impact so many people and help them experience the body & energy they want and deserve makes me very happy. This also has a ripple effect as my clients often go on to inspire their family members to improve their health & wellbeing. We help people add years to their life, and life to their years.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I always wanted to operate with integrity, and be results focussed rather than sales focussed. Alot of what we do is give support & customer service for free - many of our customers are really like family and we have created an awesome community where people help and support eachother both in person & on social media. This was my vision, and i had never seen this anywhere else until we created it.
