My name's Angus. I’m a mobile Personal Trainer based in Harrow Middlesex, I help people lose weight, get fit to feel great!
I travel to you at home, work or your local park, to provide my personal training services. 
I am based in Harrow and also able to cover areas such as Ealing, Acton Wembley, Middelsex, Herts & Beds.

I have been training with Angus for a few months and have seen amazing results in that time. I have never felt stronger or healthier. Angus is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session. His easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. He makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun!. he motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results.I have achieved a tremendous increase on my strengh, endurance and energy level. I've worked with Angus for a few weeks now and started seeing results quite quickly. He's worked out a great programme for me and with me, working around my time constraints and unlocking what works and what doesn't. Workouts are fun, even when they're tough. I help my clients achieve their fitness fitness goals, by offering a complete free consultation and taster session. In the consultation we will discuss your fitness goals, your likes and dislikes, and how often you are looking to train a week. I will also look at your nutritional plan, regarding what you are eating on daily and weekly basis.

I would not say that there is a secret, as it takes a lot of dedication, motivation and hard work. If you able to give me all these three things, I will get you where you want to be.

What I love most about my job, is meeting different people from all over the world, different nationalities,ages and groups. To be able to help people transform themselves from where they are now, to where they want to be, fills me with joy and excitement.
Being able to help is the greatest joy of all.

I would have to say being amde redundant twice and finding myself in no man's land, is what inspired me to take this step. As I have a passion for it therefore decided to start my own business in the health and fitness sector.

Your clients should choose me as I will make their training fun it will be hardwork, however so long as they enjoy what they are doing the training will get them feeling better about themselves.
My aim is to keep all my sessions, fun, friendly and result orientated.
