WOW... Recently, I have just started my PT session with Shihab. I can see a change in my muscle tone, strength and weight.
Shihab is good at making sure that the workout is challenging as well as a enjoyable environment. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

When I first contacted Shihab through BARK.COM. I was low on confidence and as a result my health was suffering. After my first meeting with Shihab I knew I was in good hands. His understanding of how mental health is just as important as physical health if someone is to reach there long term goals is truly invaluable. Well i am university student and i usually studying longer period of time and i was suffering from Neck and Back problem all the time finally my Uncle recommended to start training session with Shihab (PT).
I had not exercised in many years and will admit that I do not particularly like exercising but the time spent working with Shihab has been fantastic. My fitness levels have improved dramatically and the back & neck pain I had been experiencing is totally gone.
Shihab got fantastic Fully Body Assisted Stretching Technique and Its really being miracle for my body...bless him. The work we do each session is always varied and challenging, which makes it enjoyable, and I am often looking forward to that hour at the end of the day. Shihab is a great motivator, professional and fun. I have lost a total of 68cm since I started training with him.

Shihab always makes sure I put 100% in and I'm constantly improving on what I'm doing. During our sessions nutrition has been key to achieving the results i have done, Shihab has taught me alot about how the body works and he constantly explains why we are doing a certain exercise.
With the nutrition work and the exercise taught by Shihab, I'm constantly seeing progress throughout the weeks I train. I would highly recommend Shihab as a personal trainer as he motivates very well and knows exactly what it takes to progress and reach my potential.

I started with Shihab in October 2019 and can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I started by going to three small group PT sessions a week as I was a complete gym novice and have now moved on to just one PT session and two classes a week.
Shihab is extremely supportive while pushing you to be your best. I really look forward to my time in the gym now and always leave having worked hard and laughed a lot! I’d recommend Shihab to anyone looking for a PT.
Also I was suffering from Sciatica Lower Back Pain but, Thanks to Shihab identified my injury, pain triggers, hip structure and taught me how to perform movements in a spine sparing manner suited to my anatomy. I noticed fast, significant improvements within days of following his prescribed exercise plan and advice.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
During the initial assessment and first few days I am usually able to judge the client's potential by observing their performance and do not push them further than that. One indication of client's threshold is that the client stops enjoying the workout after a certain time. That for me is the biggest pointer that the person has reached his or her limit.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
A good diet might be the most important step towards getting a perfect body, but you also must hit the gym! A mixture of cardio and weight training will give you those lean muscles and make you feel strong and fit.

HANDS - Wash your hands regularly and for at least 20 seconds.
FACE - Cover your face in enclosed spaces, especially where social distancing may be difficult and where you will come into contact with people you do not normally meet.
SPACE - Stay 2 metres apart where possible, or 1 metre with extra precautions in place.
