I really enjoy training with Sade - She is patience and supportive as i have an injury, and built a plan that not only accommodated this but also helped improve/rehab my knee as well as reaching my fitness goals.

Very fun and energetic, Iv loved every second of working out with you on my fitness, I always look forward to our sessions which is a bonus considering Iv never really enjoyed fitness but you continue to encourage me to be the best. Thank you very much Sade

My experience is great I'm learning alot and I'm being pushed hard by my instructor which I'm happy about so that I will achieve my goals set. I have also been helped with a diet plan this way it will give me more progress.
Also its very comfortable to talk to each other and we enjoy a good banter whilst we workout which is great

I do not have a bad word to say about Fit 3ye, her punctuality was outstanding on all 4 sessions. She taught me advanced knowledge about human anatomy and helped me to improve my cardiovascular indurance, flexibility and strength.

This is achieved by getting to know the client and their goals, we then put a plan together in order to hit these goals. Clients are offered monthly reviews to monitor their progress. All services offered include; 1 to 1 or Group Training, Bootcamps, Meal Plans, Monthly Weighings, Measurements & Photos

My love for fitness hoslitically, the positive impact it has on my Mind Body & Soul pushed me to share it with others.

With me you will get a holisic apporoach, where I will aim tackle the three key areas important to achieving your fitness goals; your mind, body and soul. In order to achieve long term results rather than quick short term fixes. I will get to know you and your lifestyle to ensure I can help you achieve your goals, with workouts and optional meal plans fitted into your schedule. I believe we are all humans and we cannot change over night and with this in mind, the right pressure will be applied. Most importantly, we will have fun!

I offer personal training services; online, mobile and at my studio.

Myself and all clients are required to complete regular lateral flow tests for face to face sessions. I will wear a face covering during the session and clients can also wear this if they wish to. All equipmet is cleaned and sanitized after each exercise and between each client.

We offer COMMUNITY BOOTCAMPS in the Northolt area. These are group style classes at the moment we have 3 classes per week, two of them are Ladies Only.
