Luke is an experienced trainer that structures our sessions to achieve our goals. Initially focused on weight loss and fitness we're progressing through and now achieving other things too.
All sessions are varied with constant encouragement thought our sessions. Has helped me massively with diet advice and adjustments as we progressed and always takes time to explain what the focus is during our workouts.

I am a more mature lady and was recommended to Luke by a friend. Due to lockdown all my training has been on line. Luke has very kind presence and I feel very comfortable trying new exercises both weight and cardio and I feel very engaged in our sessions. He really listens to what your goals are and creates workouts that are achievable yet also challenging. He’s incredibly motivating, empathetic and patient. I have been training with Luke for about 18 months and it is easily the best decision that I have made. I am so happy with my results. He immediately listened to what I wanted to achieve which was a lean but toned physique. Other PT's that I have tried just gave me their standard workouts without actually listening to my goals. He has taught me about nutrition and how I can enjoy food without starving myself. We also mix up some sessions by doing them online which suits my lifestyle and means I never miss a session. I started training with Luke in January 2019. I was very nervous about training in a large gym atmosphere, so was very happy to train in Luke’s studio as well as online. I had never trained before and over the last year and a half he has completely built up my confidence and knowledge about what works for me. Luke has been a fantastic PT, he knows when to challenge me, keeps me accountable and injury free!
His workouts are always varied and have personally been a life saver for me during lockdowns part 2, 3, 64. ...
I had sought out a PT after gaining some weight during lockdown part 1 and before the pandemic I had lost motivation and had not properly trained in 2 years.

I've been training with Luke for over 5 months now (both in person when permitted and remotely when necessary) and I can definitely see the changes in my body including firmer thighs, glutes and definition in my arms. As a result I'm happier in my self and actually look forward to our weekly morning workouts, something I didn't think I would say as a non-morning person!

Luke understands the importance of training smart (e.g. having good form) and that exercise is about much more than just looking good (for instance the mental health benefits).

I would highly recommend!

Luke is a great trainer who pushes you through your session to ensure you have hit your maximum. Lost 5kg in a short period whilst enjoying each session along the way. Would highly recommend Luke regardless of your level albeit his music choices are questionable!! I look forward to plenty more sessions with Luke.

I have been working with Luke for 6 months now, a mixture of in person and online sessions due to the pandemic. He has been amazing and a true inspiration to me and has helped me lose over 3 stone. Not has he helped me lose weight but he has helped me changed my life mentally too. I was in a dark place before starting training with Luke and he has helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel. I've been working with Luke for a couple of months and would highly recommend him as a personal trainer. He's extremely encouraging, helpful and patient and adapts his training for your individual needs. Yes i offer home PT sessions if you prefer working out in your own home. I can bring the workout and needed equipment to you!

I also do online sessions through zoom / skype

The gym is thoroughly deep cleaned after each session is finished and fully disinfected before you start your session.
