How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

1. By assessing their current fitness levels by way of a Health Check and Fitness Assessment.
2. Making sure the programs are at their current fitness levels and the through progression making them stronger and fitter
3. Analysing setting and reviewing their nutritional intake and setting out a food plan they can keep to.
4. Regularly monitoring fitness levels to assess progress in fitness and weight loss if relevant.
5. Making the training fun and varied and giving them programs they can do themselves to add to the training they do with me.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping people achieve their fitness goals by giving them the knowledge and knowhow to help themselves. Every client is different so the variety in my job is infinite! Getting up every morning looking forwards to doing a job that I enjoy!

What inspired you to start your own business?

After 27 years in the Corporate Financial/IT sector I needed a change of career and decided to do what I wanted to do. 20 years later here I am! Best decision I ever made.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I do remote training with clients that are willing to do the occasional physical training session for Health Check, Fitness Assessment and exercise technique correction purposes where necessary. This is for two main reasons:

1. I need to know that you are fit to train so a regular Health Check session is important.

2. It's difficult to correct certain exercises or do an injury assessment through a screen.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

1. Adequate spacing
2. Masks are optional
3. All equipment is regularly cleaned
4. Adherence to Govt/ NHS advice
