As someone who’s always struggled with exercising consistently, I can say starting personal training with Ezra has been extremely motivating. I go with two friends to make it more affordable, which Ezra has been happy to accommodate. Ezra’s approach is the right balance of being positively encouraging (even incentivises us with rewards!) but at the same time challenging us out of our comfort zone, making me do things I didn’t think I could. He’s very flexible with the schedule and comes to us in our gym in Hackney Wick. All in all, a really friendly and professional guy, I can’t recommend him enough!

I have done just over 8 weeks with Sam. He was very kind, friendly, motivating and enthusiastic about his work! He created me a bespoke meal plan and taught me all things nutrition related. Sam's motto is 'mind, body and connection' and we both gauged well during sessions using this approach and he adapted well to my needs at all times. I am happy to say that with Sam's help I have lost over 12+kg in weight. For me it wasn't just the weight loss which was the main goal but it was actually becoming confident with the gym as it can be a daunting experience for most at the start. Having Sam there with me has motivated me in my gym journey which will be life long! Sam does not participate in quick weight loss programs, which is what I appreciate. My main goal at the start of the process was to lose body fat and feel more comfortable in my clothes again but I also wanted to feel confident in the gym and start to enjoy exercise again.
I used to be very active and exercise didn’t feel like a chore for me but I got out of a routine and started to dread the thought of going to the gym or going for a run. This resulted in me gaining weight, feeling lethargic and feeling pretty rubbish about myself and how I look. I knew I wanted to make a change but I didn’t know where to start. I found myself setting goals and plans for how I was going to get back in shape but there is so much contradicting advice online that I would stick to it for a few days and then second guess whether the effort I was putting in was actually going to pay off and I would therefore end up quitting and falling back into past habits.
I chose Dilan as a coach as I needed to take the guesswork out of losing weight. Dilan was very quick to respond when I first enquired and this remained true throughout the whole programme. On our initial call I liked that he focused on making this a lifestyle change not only with exercise but with food, sleep and overall well being and not just an extreme diet that can’t be maintained.
Dilans approach was perfect for me. He explained the process, had a plan in place and made it clear that I was going to be made accountable for reaching my goals and he was there to support and guide me. Accountability was a huge part that made this experience achievable as I knew that skipping a gym session or not reaching my step target would be noticed by Dilan and he would question it. Throughout the 16 weeks Dilan has been excellent at answering any questions I have accurately and promptly. Dilan has also been great at keeping me motivated at points where I felt deflated and despondent. We talked through how I was feeling and Dilan adjusted my programme to suit it and pushed me to keep going.
It sounds trivial but I can now walk into the gym and confidently finish a workout without feeling intimidated and out of place- I actually now look forward to going to the gym, which is something I thought I would never say. I have surpassed my expectations about how much weight I can lift and really enjoy pushing myself to see how much further I can go.
My partner has seen the biggest difference in me, I am less tired, much happier, more confident and he has been really impressed at the dedication that I have shown to the programme (because previous attempts have only lasted a week). My friends and family have all commented that I have lost weight and look healthy and happy.
Overall, training with Dilan has had an enormous impact on my life as a whole and I have achieved all of the goals I had hoped to. I now have the tools and the motivation to continue a happy healthy lifestyle and I couldn’t have done it without Dilans help. Thank you so much!

AMAZING!! Danny is very encouraging and supportive. He has helped me a LOT in getting my mind in the right place to loose weight as well as training me hard. He is not your normal personal trainer, he didn't give me a strict diet to follow (as I didn't want to commit to that) and instead just advised me on changes and spurred me on. He adapted to my wants and needs. I was stuck at the same weight for about 3 years after putting on 40 pounds and slowing down my metabolism by yoyo dieting. I signed up to PT & nutrition programme with Ilona in May and it was one of the best things I ever did. She listened to me and put together a plan tailored my my needs. After becoming a mum 2 years ago, I really struggled to her back into a healthy routine and wanted to get stronger, weight and follow a healthy diet. I do remote training with clients that are willing to do the occasional physical training session for Health Check, Fitness Assessment and exercise technique correction purposes where necessary. This is for two main reasons:
1. I need to know that you are fit to train so a regular Health Check session is important.
2. It's difficult to correct certain exercises or do an injury assessment through a screen.
