Tom was recommended to me because of a previous injury I had and I wanted to ensure I wasn't causing myself more damage long term. He quickly assessed my running technique and adapted sessions to help me strengthen other muscles, which he believed were weak.
It's taken a while, with setbacks along the way, but he's managed to suss my weaknesses and recovery times, which hopefully now will only have positive outcomes!
No session is the same, he works you hard...you get what you pay for! Tom is very knowledgeable and often has little 'tips' on how to improve goals.

Back in 2015 my fitness journey started with James at Body & Soul Fitness and I am thrilled with the progress I have made both physically and mentally during our weekly sessions.
