I have had personal Trainers before and they helped me reach my fitness goals..but what stood out for me is that Abel is personable and I enjoyed not only the PT session but talking to him. He always ensures that we do a full hour regardless of wether or not I want to finish the sessions early. He also check up on me on days we do not have a session in order to keep me accountable. I find AD Fitness to be great, as they do not just worry about creating workout plans for the sake of it.
The reason why I say that is because, on my first time meeting with my personal trainer he checked on my wellbeing and wondered what my overall goals were.
A realistic plan was formed and agreed upon to carry out in stages, which was a good method which would enable me to stay motivated to reach my personal goals.
