After months of frustration as a result of no significant improvements with general strength, definition or fat loss, I approached Alex for guidance. Instantly, he knew the areas of my training regime that were proving unsuccessful and quickly devised a new plan to help me with my goals.

The new routine was not only refreshing and motivational; within a number of weeks I could see and feel significant improvement. Whenever I needed advice, Alex would respond swiftly and adjust certain parts of the routine accordingly to further enhance my workout. Furthermore, Alex would make sure to check up on my progress regularly and suggest new ideas to achieve my targets.

I would highly recommend Alex as a personal trainer. He is personal, approachable, motivational and knowlegable. The sessions are personally geared to what you want to achieve, and although hard work, Alex always makes them fun! He also worked with me when i was recovering from injury, to find out what i could and couldn't do, and finding alternatives to anything I wasn't able to do. Alex has a wealth of knowledge regarding fitness and nutrition and is always happy to pass on this information. I have worked with Alex at Prolimit Fitness for a few months now and i can highly recommend his training to everyone. He has helped me with my ACL rehabilitation as well as general strength and conditioning. Very professional and will push you at all times to reach your desired goals. I have always struggled to keep up with exercising.. the best I did was join the gym for 2 months and go about 6 times. I knew I wanted to get fit but had no motivation to actually do it. I spoke to Alex and he promised me he could find something for me, that will keep me interested and actually enjoy working out. I started boxing with him twice a week, and have so far kept at it for more than 4 months! I am really enjoying it and the sessions fly by. More importantly, I can really feel a huge difference in my fitness. Before, I would start wheezing after just a few minutes of exercise. Now I don't wheeze at all and can keep going for the whole session! Even more impressively, I have managed to complete a few 5k jogs, cutting a minute off my PB each time. 6 months ago I wouldn't have been motivated or able to run even 1k.. with Alex's help, I actually want to do more to keep fit, and it is no longer a great struggle! I worked out with Alex for 4 months. I would highly recommend him to anyone. His knowledge is amazing and he really helps you to understand exactly what each exercise is doing. He made workouts fun and always mixed them up, I always looked forward to our sessions. The secret to achieving AWESOME results is to focus on the emotional reason WHY you want the results. Nobody wants to lose 2 stone, what they REALLY want is the outcome of what losing 2 stone makes you able to do or look like. Find your WHY, and the HOW will become a lot easier.

I love meeting new people, and watching someone's confidence grow and grow with every day they are part of my programme. Happiness and mindset is absolutely central to my business ethic, and it is the first thing we ALWAYS address when starting a programme.

I love helping others. It is that simple! I am a fanatical sportsman, will try my hand at anything, and love a challenge. I've had my fair share of barriers and struggles over the last 10 years, so to be able to empathise with someone who feels like the world is against them really inspires me to break down the 'fitness myths' with them and build realistic goals and results.

I'll point to the answer above! But really? I am a people person. Yes, the programmes have been developed and honed over years of experience in training people to be super effective, but at the end of the day, personal training is about building a strong relationship with your coach and feeling ultimately relaxed with each other. I make sure everybody I take on can see that I am just like them, I am not a superhero that is invincible to things like willpower and temptation.
