I am on week 1 of my journey with Piers. The beginning of anything almost always feels the hardest, but from the start I received a very quick reply to my online PT enquiry. The BEST PT I’ve had. Piers is passionate and just as committed as you are. What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Discipline and purpose. Everyone is motivated by their disciplined self. Once we learn how to rule our own worlds through discipline we can make reality work for us. Purpose gives us something to live by. What is the purpose of your goal or why you want a trainer? Whatever it is that’s what’s going to keep you going so it’s best if you have a good purpose for taking up training

I love that it's not my job but my destiny. I love seeing the confidence of my clients change month by month in their image, speech and actions
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I realised I had a lot to give. While I was studying health exercise and nutrition in my undergrad I noticed I was acquiring a lot of information but it was waste to me if i couldn’t get out there to spread this information and help people achieve their goals. No better way than to do it under the freedom of being a coach
