I am on week 1 of my journey with Piers. The beginning of anything almost always feels the hardest, but from the start I received a very quick reply to my online PT enquiry. Within 2 days, I had my hour long consultation, measurements and weekly plan. Piers always seems as if he's a step ahead. He comes across quite intuitive and a very professional motivated person. The BEST PT I’ve had. Piers is passionate and just as committed as you are. Sometimes is hard to feel like your PT cares about your goals, but there is genuine care and precision in the way he trains you. I lost a stone with piers and really got to know my body. His workouts are killer ( I complained the whole time haha) but they are worth it, you learn so much about what your body can actually do! While I was studying health exercise and nutrition in my undergrad I noticed I was acquiring a lot of information but it was waste to me if i couldn’t get out there to spread this information and help people achieve their goals.
