Elle is an exceptional personal trainer. I’ve been training with Elle for about 8 months now - both in person and online - and made amazing progress with my fitness. She’s very professional and an expert personal trainer. There are regular check-ins for progress checks, further workout plans and a wealth of nutrition advice.

I wanted to improve my functional fitness and strength, and she had tailored our training sessions towards this. Starting fitness is not an issue at all - I started overweight unable to do a push-up. I would highly recommend Elle to anyone looking for a personal trainer. Thoroughly recommended.

My 6 weeks training with Elle were a really great kickstart to get back to the gym after lockdown. I was stuck in a rut mostly doing cardio before but now I feel much more confident using different equipment and mixing up workouts, as she has shown me so much. I can see a lot more definition already and am really pleased with progress made while working with Elle. She is so knowledgeable and friendly - I would highly recommend her! More...

My own fitness journey. I use to be somewhat larger than other kids growing up. When I was old enough to join a gym, I did. Initially the gym was a a way to relieve stress. I formed a habit by turning up day in day out and as I began to see a result with weight loss by going.
I use to stick to cardio but then you’d lose the weight but have no shape. So I observed in the gym and moved onto weight training. This was when the progress starting to kick in fast. Fat loss and definition, perfect!

The turning point was when a girl approached me at the gym and complimented me on my arms and asked what exercises I do to get my arms toned like that. That was the moment I knew that I could change many people’s lives for the better.

I’ve been that girl that’s been anxious in the gym. I’ve been that cardio bunny trying to lose weight. I’ve tried different diets and intermittent fasting. I’ve been that sportsperson and I’ve recovered from injured knees.

I’ve been there, done that.

Now I lift weights, I’m knowledgeable about nutrition. I’m a nutritionist as well as a qualified Personal Trainer.

I know what works and what doesn’t. Most importantly, I understand how you feel. It’s easy to have a goal, it’s getting started that’s the hardest. I eliminate the route of trial and error. I set you up on a path to success and as long as you trust me in the process, together we will get the results you want.

I’ve helped hundreds of people from Mums, CEOs, Veterans, Doctors, Entrepreneurs and Students.

I provide an online coaching service for anyone that’s located outside my working radius.
It’s a more affordable option but it’s not suited to everyone. You need to be self disciplined and willing to put in the work.
I will provide you with personalised workouts to follow weekly and we will how weekly check-ins online to keep you accountable.

You will still receive fantastic results as long as you are ready to make the changes necessary to get there.

I wipe down my equipment after each client and take lateral flow tests often.
