These circumstances forced me to retire from my 17-year career as a police officer. Throughout these trials, one thing remained constant: my unwavering dedication to self-care and personal growth. It became clear to me that I wanted to pursue a career that would not only empower others but also help them become better versions of themselves. I was sick and tired of watching other Personal trainers working in the industry that I am passionate about. I have a passion, which is more than a passion, it's more like a gift, so when I began to train my friends and saw the results they were getting from me on a part time basis, I thought why not use my gift to change more lives.
Simply put health is wealth, last year in February at the age of 44 I had a life saving liver transplant operation which lasted 10 hours, I was in hospital for 17 days and I have gone on to plan my own rehabilitation and get back to better version than before my operation.

I have been in fitness since I was 3 years old. I have been involved in track and field, I have run half marathons, Have done Obstacle events like the Grim 8 and Brutal 11.
I have played Basketball, Football and Table Tennis at a youth Elite level and I have carried this on on my adult life, in my experience I believe a trainer should have a wealth of knowledge and should strive to keep improving as a trainer and that is what I do on a daily basis, as my client I will be in your corner to make sure that we will keep growing from strength to strength.
