What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret is purely wanting it enough. If you want something badly enough you will go and get it. We are all made of the same stuff, it's the same formula for all of us. Forget the fad diets it's so simple. If you want to drop body fat then burn more calories than you are putting in. If you want to gain lean mass lift big and eat big. Most importantly it requires hard work. If it was easy we would all have cover model bodies.

What do you love most about your job?

I love seeing results! I love it when clients who initially booked me because they thought they couldn't do it without me, call me up and tell me they just went out running for the first time on their own.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I love fitness, I wanted to be my own boss and I wanted a job that kept me fit and healthy.

Why should our clients choose you?
