My exercise background comes from many years of different sports: throughout my life I’ve competed in track athletics, rugby, football, volleyball, fencing, kickboxing and BJJ.
I have been into sports from a young age and always enjoyed competing so increasing my competitive advantage became a personal interest. The interaction with my clients is always fun. My intention is that you leave the Garage Gym feeling as though you have had a good workout session and that you will be motivated to come back for your next one. My workouts are not easy but they are rewarding and challenging.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been interested in fitness from quite a young age. Having trained in Kung Fu for over 20 years I have always had to maintain a good level of fitness. Last year I suffered an injury and had to take time out to get better. I have now worked my way back to fitness. My journey has inspired me to help others from what i have learnt. I invest a lot of time in learning new ways of developing the human body and never get bored with the satisfaction that i have helped others achieve their fitness goals. Whether its getting in shape for a wedding or special occasion, holiday or just to improve their over all fitness.
