After years of trying out 30 day fitness apps, I was finally ready to do this properly and so reached out to Sonia. From our first phone call I knew she was perfect for me - her ability to connect, as a woman, and very natural positive attitude.
Before Sonia, I would exercise for almost a month and then stop for months. I've had 4 months of hand-holding with Sonia and a month without and am proud to say I have consistently kept up with the exercises!
Sonia will work you to your strength, feed you all the positivity you need and even pick you up when you need it the most.

Sonia is the most incredible PT I've ever met. She will not only help change your body but she will also do everything she can to help your mind set.

I have been training with Sonia consistently for 4 months now and the changes are insane, my flexibility is the best it's ever been (being able to touch your toes with ease is great I am only 32 and could not do this since the age of 17).

My level of strength and even my knowledge of techniques has grown massively as I started as a complete no nothing, best part of it all is if you put in the time Sonia will match it, she celebrates your wins and helps you reach levels you never knew you had and will never take credit as she always says to me "you've put in the work" .

In my opinion she's great also fair and straight to the point and makes working out a good laugh, enjoyable whilst being able to teach correct techniques to help you reach your targets. Highly recommended 😁

I have been training with Sonia for almost a month now. She has a good understanding of my training objectives and has consistently designed programmes that meet my aims. She strikes a good balance between pushing me, making me feel I can always achieve more than I think, while listening carefully to what I feel is not working. It's been such a pleasure having Sonia as my PT. She's such a warm and authentic person. I feel like she's also become a friend. It's been 7 weeks and I have definitely seen results. I have fitted in an old dress that I haven't got myself into since months before my pregnancy. I wasn't sure about the whole online thing to start with but I now prefer it (having done the face to face with previous PTs). Using the app, I can do it in my own time.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed all my workouts with Son, she is passionate about what she does and it’s clear she wants to help others build their confidence, strength and accomplish their goals. Throughout each session she has been supportive, attentive and structured each session around my body (flexibility, strength, injuries, capabilities, etc.) and I can go early say I’ve not had a PT like her. I appreciate all the tweaks, the way she monitors my form and corrects me when needed. She encourages and challenges me to do more than I think I can and it really gives me a sense of accomplishment post workout. I have been working with Sonia for 5 weeks on an online training programme, with a weekly video catch-up. It has been very good to have a programme made for me, and to be able to ask questions at any point. Things that seem complicated become much more simple through our conversations.

I have had gym anxiety but Sonia is very understanding and encouraging. I feel that Sonia is interested in my overall well-being, and not just my training productivity, which is nice too.

I’ve had several personal trainers, Sonia is the best one I’ve ever had. I wasn’t really motivated to train until I met her. She has a sweet and bubbly personality and pushes you in the best way possible. I’ve only been training for 3 weeks and see more of a difference than I have with other trainers in 3 months. Sonia has been my coach for the past 3 months and it is definitely the best decision I made for my training. Having an online programme has provided the structure and consistency in exercises that is needed to achieve results. On top of this Sonia listens and tailors the plan to meet any specific goals I have and exercises I want included. She also provides the accountability around training and the supporting environment that is very much needed! When I was first approached by Sonia instantly there was no upsell, hard push. She was very honest, to the point and generally lovely.

I was nervous as I had just been signed off from a heart condition, Sonia did research on the condition to fit a workout plan accordingly.

3 weeks later of training with Sonia she has made me feel confident and the same time comfortable, at ease and already seeing results.

Great atmosphere, Sonia celebrates your successes and pushes when needed.

It has been great working with Sonia. She has put together an effective and progressive programme to help me improve my fitness from home.
With no access to a gym and whilst doing long hours working from home, Sonia has helped me find a way to fit in effective and enjoyable workouts. Before working with Sonia, I had found it very difficult to find meaningful workouts and lost motivation. She changed this, helped motivate me and designed a programme which quickly showed great results.

Sonia has taken the time to understand my goals and tailor a programme based not only those goals but also around my daily schedule; taking into consideration how time poor I am.

She’s encouraging and motivating without being patronising, especially given how little knowledge I have on ‘gym’ terminology. She’s always available to answer any questions no matter how silly and has created a programme that has pushed me, tweaking as necessary as I get stronger each week.

The programme itself allows me to live my life without untenable restrictions on my diet and time. She’s realistic with me about what I can achieve in the time we have and the food I eat and I would certainly recommend her to anyone thinking about embarking upon a PT programme!

I have been passionate about fitness for over twenty years and that combined with a love of helping people convinced me it would be a perfect business opportunity.

I don’t provide short cuts or short term fixes. I help clients adopt a healthy lifestyle so that it becomes part of their DNA.

Yes - online sessions and programs are available so they can be performed at home with limited / no equipment.

All programs will be provided so that clients can perform them in the comfort of their own home utilising equipment available.

Services

A structured and guided session will be provided for each client in order to help them achieve their own goals.

This will be created following an initial movement / injury assessment and training background check.

This is includes:
1. 30 min a week accountability check-in
2. A bespoke training program for the client to follow independently for 4-6 weeks and then reviewed and updated to ensure the program is challenging and the client is continuing to make progress.
3. Diet review and recommendations
4. Simple habit recommendations to ensure success

Training sessions in the comfort of your own home. I am able to coach and guide you to ensure you apply appropriate technique. Injury prevention and effective exercise choice will help you achieve your goals.
