Aled has been my Personal Trainer since October 2015 and I cannot stress how brilliant his sessions are, they are the highlights to my week! I could be using Kettlebells one day, doing Muay Thai another day, or focusing on abs the other... each session is super fun, unpredictable, and doesn't make keeping fit feel like a chore at all! My personal aim was body toning, to learn Muay Thai and building my strength + flexibility up overall as I also love swimming but needed to improve my stamina... the Muay Thai really helped with this and I would highly recommend incorporating this into your fitness regime. Aled also gave me excellent advice on nutrition and after showing him a weekly food diary I had kept, he made small tweaks to my usual/favourite meals just to make them that 'little' bit healthier without any drastic action. Aled has the perfect balance of patience, putting you at ease and knowing when you need that extra push to really do the best you can! Highly recommend!
