As a Personal Trainer and online coach, my aim is to help busy parents who have made work and family life a priority over the last few years, get back in great shape, have more energy and feel confident in their clothes again.

I have over 10 years of experience and have spent thousands of hours helping people just like you lose weight, feel better and make exercise a sustainable part of their lives.

I have been working with Alex for 5 months now and seen some really positive results. The focus has been on both weight as well as strength and conditioning. I have lost 18 pounds and have strengthened considerably. His sessions are varied and enjoyable and the gym no longer feels like a chore. Alex was the first experience I had with a personal trainer, after wanting to improve my fitness and feel more confident in myself for years but always failing to keep motivated long enough to make a difference. Alex put a plan in that works around my work hours and understood the time demands of raising a young family too. There's 4 main things I focus on as a coach:
- Training
Your own personalised workouts on our coaching app so your plans are easy to access, log and track to make sure you always know what you need to be doing.

- Nutrition
Nutrition strategies are designed perfectly around your needs and schedule. Giving you structure where you need it during busy days at work but also with flexibility in the evenings and weekends so you can enjoy a bit of variety without sacrificing results.

- Lifestyle
Lifestyle coaching to show you exactly how to implement your training and nutrition plans into your busy schedule without sacrificing the time with the friends or family that you work so hard for.

- Support
VIP support to ensure that your plans are completely tailored to any issue you have, you have constantly updated workouts and nutrition advice and you are pushed to get the very best results because of a high level of accountability.

In a word...consistency.

There's no magic trick to putting the work in over a period of time. It's my job to give you all the tools you need, all the education, support and accountability (a push when you need it) to make sure you stay on track.

Being able to see people accomplish things they didn't think they were capable of before and seeing someone grow in confidence as they improve.

Being able to do something I loved and work for myself seemed like a pretty good idea at the time. 11 years later and I'm still doing it so it was obviously a good choice!

I've been working as a trainer for over 10 years, coached hundreds of clients and taken over 5000 hours of face to face sessions. I understand there is no 'one size fits all' approach to getting in shape.
Over the last few years, I've specialised in training busy professionals and parents who have been prioritising their career and family and let their health suffer as a result.
As a father myself and a business owner, I know how you feel, I'm not expecting you to be in the gym 7 days a week doing endless cardio. I'm about maximising the time you have available and making sure you're training adds value to your life rather than more stress.

Absolutely! I train people online all over the country (and internationally) so you can get all the support you need through your phone.
I've made sure the way it's set up, I can help people get the very best results without the need to see me face to face.

During Covid we followed all recommended government guidelines.
