About

Multisport Coaching

I take a different approach to every individual athlete that I coach.

Triathlon for some, is a very daunting sport to get into; and as a mum, wife and owner of two lively dogs I have high levels of patience, compassion and understanding to help the most shy, low self-confidence and novice triathletes out there.

Allie trained me to complete my first Ultramarathon, with comprehensive daily plans to follow that pushed me to go beyond just running and to include strength and other cross-training, which has been a game changer for me. She was so invested in my success that on race weekend, she and her husband came down to spectate and both of them ran sections of the course with me. Easiest 100k ever ;-) More...

I was looking for a class I can take my baby with me and still feel like I’m working out. I found the RedAlert class exactly what I needed. You can join from very early stages (I joined straight after given the green light from the doctor) and it’s friendly and welcoming for both mothers and babies! More...

A great personal trainer with massive knowledge base and motivating techniques. Her PT sessions got me back into running after a (very) long break and helped me to run two half marathons and complete a mini-triathlon. A definite recommendation!

Loved Allie’s classes and the fact I could take my little boy. Everyone was in the same boat so it ever mattered if your baby was being slightly disruptive as the class was designed to take that into account. Sometimes I had to squat whilst holding my baby instead of the actual exercise and that was never a problem. Allie, a mum herself know exact,y what challenges we face and I would recommend her classes to anyone. More...

Myself and my two daughters absolutely love Allie's classes. Being indoors at Fitness First is an absolute winner, as you don't have to worry about the weather. I loved Allie’s classes at Fitness First- perfect for getting back into shape after having my son. They were a bit more challenging than other ones I’d been to, but that was great and you could choose your own pace/weights. It was such a relaxed environment that I took Alfie all the way up until the point he was starting to toddle around xx More...

I went to Allie for PT sessions as well as her group training sessions when I had my first baby, and I am so glad I did. I lost all my baby weight within 5-6 months, but the classes also gave me my confidence back and helped me meet other mummy friends. It was so good being able to take my baby with to all the classes as when you are breast feeding, you don’t really get a chance to exercise otherwise. I highly recommend these classes and will be going back after I’ve had my second. More...

I started buggy fit classes about 3 weeks ago and haven't looked back. It was very daunting getting back into fitness after having a baby but Allie is lovely and makes you feel relaxed and at ease straight away. The exercises are well tailored to meet your individual needs to ensure that you feel comfortable and able to do the exercises yet also challenged. It's been wonderful to have another activity that I can do with my little one and it's a great way to meet more mums. Would 100% recommend these classes! More...

After two children and no future plans for anymore, I wanted to get my body back and increase my fitness levels, to increase my energy levels. Allie is fantastic, the PT sessions really tailored to my abilities and the plans to keep me motivated through the week. Plus I can take my 19month old to sessions too which means no worrying about extra childcare costs. Since leaving school where I was very involved in sports, I'd done no exercise at all and Allie's training has really helped me to enjoy exercising again and I have seen my energy levels really increase throughout the weeks. I would really recommend Allie! More...

I asked for Allies help back in June 2015 as my fad diets were not working and I needed some nutritional advice alongside a fitness program as I considered myself to be very unfit.

I was apprehensive about the training plan but Allie tailored it to fit around my work/family life and my fitness levels. My biggest fear was running as I always thought I just couldn't do it, but with Allies support and encouragement she had me running 5k in 2 months which I could never had imagined me ever doing. The feeling of achievement every time I improved on my running distance was amazing and gave me strength to keep going.

Alongside the cardio training she sent me weekly strength and tone programmes which I did in my own home but again with her support. Allie made exercising fun by continuously setting new goals and achievements and making me feel proud of myself. Allie is very committed, and is always there for help and emotional support, and I thank her for making me realise keeping fit can be fun.

I met Allie earlier in 2016 and she has single handedly changed my life. OK so a bit of an exaggeration but she is thorough and professional, funny when needed and exacting when it comes to training plans and execution. Allie got me from being able to suffer a 10km run to look forward to running and complete my first half marathon in 4 months. That's 4 months worth of training not 4 months to complete the 21.1km. And next year I'm looking forward to further improvements in my performance and more importantly to enjoy training. Thanks, you are fab. More...

Exercise and I aren't the most natural of partners - years of medical problems and injuries requiring surgical resolution don't make physical activity easy. Allie has created me a programme that made a real difference in small, easy to manage sessions. After two babies and hitting a rut with my own attempts at getting fit and weight loss, I decided to look at PT options. Being a little reluctant at the thought of the cost and being bossed around by a stereotypical gym buff, I was hugely relieved when I met Allie. Her obvious knowledge of health and fitness, immediate enthusiasm (and reasonable rates) made me at ease and look forward to starting. Allie worked with me to set stretching but realistic goals and helped make sensible and achievable lifestyle changes (so no crazy fad diets and I can still eat chocolate) in order to understand not just my own but the whole family’s food and exercise habits. Through Allies enthusiasm, motivation and mixing up the exercise (from kick boxing to running to weights) I have amazingly started enjoying exercise, working out for fun rather than as a chore. So. The bottom line… In less than 5 months Allie has helped me lose 8kg(!) and two dress sizes(!) but more importantly I feel healthier and happier in myself. Awesome! Thanks Allie!Would I recommend her? Q&As

We help our clients to achieve their fitness goals by tailoring plans to fit in with their lifestyle and family commitments. Our private Studio means parents can bring a child with them when they train if that is the best way for them to find time to exercise.

If you need motivation and accountability, we can provide the push you need by using an advanced training diary app to log your exercise and nutrition in a way which is visible to us 24/7 - makes you think twice about that slice of cake with cup of tea. The same app is used to provide you with your weekly plans.

However, not everybody needs or wants total accountability and visibility so we never push technology onto our clients. If you simply want to come and work out and get some hints and tips on cleaning up your diet, thats fine too.

Whatever you want and need, we tailor the plan to give you the best chance of success.
