We work closely together to ensure that every aspect of your lifestyle is getting you to your goal in the best way possible for your mindset and happiness.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret! Don't overcomplicate the idea of changing your body, listen to the guidance of a professional and just be consistent.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the way I change people's lives permanently, after the initial goal is hit, the amazing thing is seeing how their mindset and lifestyle has changed for the better.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to help other women experience a similar journey I did, I wish I had someone to help me with my lack of body confidence and poor relationship with food a few years ago. I now want to be that role model to my clients.

Yes I work 100% remotely, if based in London I offer once a month face to face sessions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Working remotely only, no close contact and total freedom to train at whatever times you wish
Training Programme
Whether you want to workout at home or at the gym, you will receive a complete catered workout plan with training videos and a section to add your weight and reps each session.
Nutrition Plan
Your nutrition plan is 100% based on your individual wants, needs and goals. I can either set you macro targets (protein, carbohydrates and fats). Or if you would prefer I can write you a full meal plan with various options based on your favourite foods! My approach to diet is very flexible so a mix of both is welcome also.
Weekly Check ins
This is the main way we are going to track your progress. Once a week you will send me a check in form with your progress pictures and general questions I need to know in order to:
- Ensure you are happy with the current programme
- Ensure we are on track with your goals
- Make any changes necessary going ahead
You will also receive 24/7 access to communication and always receive a reply within 24 hours.
