How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Helping to create new habits can be daunting. I found that implementing small yet effective changes over a period of time really generates results that last! I am always available to support through the tough times and always ready to push you to your potential!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

1. Better Habits (say No to that late night chocolate fudge brownie ben & Jerrys. Habits make or break us. Let's break old habits and make new positive ones!), 2. Realistic expectations (The amount you are willing to change quickly will determine the speed of your results. Let's get you looking the best for you! That doesn't mean you'll look like Kim K or Dwayne the Rock Johnson), 3. Winners attitude (Not saying it's all about having a positive attitude, because some days can be rough. It's all about coming back for more!)

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing the mental and physical transformations of my clients is everything. There is nothing more powerful than a person who has made up their mind to become a stronger, healthy version of themselves!

What inspired you to start your own business?

I struggled with periods of depression for multiple reason. I allowed myself to fall into bad habits and also didn't see a turn to get me out of it. Until I grounded my efforts in making my mind and body strong. The upside from that transformation has truly been a blessing in my life and I have fitness and the pursuit of a stronger version of myself to be the flagship!

Why should our clients choose you?

There are many great trainers out there, you want to make sure the person you pick not only can do their job but has the personal touch that caters to you! You won't know that until you speak with a trainer so I strongly suggest you speak with as many as you can and truly get the trainer who speaks your 'language'.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes, I provide a full online service option with virtual classes (group or solo options). All check in's are done virtually to great success. As these sessions are not face -to- face they often come discounted (if you are working with a budget)..Inquire today!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Sanitization measures and social distancing is always active. Outdoors in the park are popular options. Pop-up Gazebo protects from rain (the cold is another story lol)

Personal Trainers FAQs

Expand all

It depends on your end goal. If you’re training for a marathon, you might work out nearly every day of the week. If you’re a low-level beginner, a minimum of three times a week is enough to make a noticeable impact. No matter what you’re working out for, everyone needs rest and recovery days. Without them, your muscles won’t be able to recuperate and grow strong, so remember to factor in some down-time, too!

Pretty much anywhere! The great thing about personal training is that it’s flexible - as long as you have the necessary equipment, you and your instructor can decide to have your sessions from the gym, your home, the park, or even your office if you want to!

Yes! First of all, they will chat with you about your goals, and discuss the best way to achieve them. They should also ask you to fill in a consent form to check that you don’t have any pre-existing health conditions that could impact your exercise. They’ll also carry out a health assessment to get a better idea of your current fitness level, tailoring your workout plan around that.

It's tricky to say, as personal training sessions vary significantly depending on what you want to achieve and the type of workout. Generally, one personal training session tends to last forty-five minutes to one hour. It will start with a gentle warm-up, followed by the nitty-gritty of the actual workout, with stretches to end the session. Remember, warming up and stretching is essential for injury prevention - it’s just as important as the main part of the workout!

A personal trainer needs to be clued up on all aspects of fitness, from the most effective exercise techniques to nutrition and human anatomy- that’s a lot of responsibility! You need to make sure your professional is suitably qualified for the job. After all, you shouldn’t cut corners when it comes to investing in your health. Make sure your trainer has the minimum qualifications required to practice. In the UK, this is the Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.

Absolutely! Online personal training has become increasingly popular as more people are looking to maintain their fitness during lockdowns and gyms closing. As long as you and your personal trainer have a strong internet connection and a device to stream on like a laptop, tablet or smartphone, there's no reason why your session can't be delivered remotely.
