What inspired you to start your own business?

I spent several years working as a personal trainer at large gym chains, which was a valuable experience. However, I noticed that many people felt overwhelmed and lost in the gym environment. They often struggled to use the equipment effectively and lacked the motivation to continue training on their own. Recognizing this gap in service, I decided to create a more personalised and supportive approach to fitness. Aldridge Personal Training was born!
