Goals all have a similar theme and the biggest mistake I find is that 1. People start off trying too hard and 2. People don’t try something for long enough for it to have an effect

What inspired you to start your own business?
I always knew I wanted to help people, I was interested in training myself and had lost a lot of weight on my own and found that advice was very scattered and confusing so wanted to learn and help people get better results but not making the mistakes I made
