Why hire a fitness professional?

A trainer provides a level of personalisation that a group class cannot. By focusing on your specific goals - like weight loss or preparing for your first marathon - you will see faster, safer results.

Choosing a qualified Ruddington trainer

Safety and expertise are vital. Ensure your coach, whether they are a weight loss specialist or a female personal trainer, holds a Level 3 qualification and has valid insurance.

Budget-friendly fitness tips

One of the best ways to lower your bill is a hybrid approach. Use a local trainer for a fortnightly check-in, then train solo in a Ruddington park or gym.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I work with my clients to develop an approach that is both enjoyable and sustainable. I listen to their goals, likes and dislikes and develop a programme and sessions tailored to the individual.
Being a mobile PT it takes away the barrier of time, childcare or the fear of the gym.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

One word - consistency
However Bark doesn't allow one word answers so to expand on this, you have to be able to see yourself following your new programme and habits for life / the foreseeable future. I really believe in setting people up with the skills for life.

What do you love most about your job?

Being able to help others achieve their goals and seeing what a positive impact a few small changes can have on someone's physical and mental health

What inspired you to start your own business?

A desire to reach out and help as many people as possible. If covid taught me anything it was life is too short and there are some things we cannot change but we should follow our dreams and do a job we enjoy.

Why should our clients choose you?

I run my PT business on top of my full time job solely because I love it and I look to pass this enjoyment of exercise and self development on to all my clients. I know first hand that there can be many perceived barriers to exercising and sometimes life and work does get in the way but I can also share my experiences of making it work with a busy lifestyle and how a few small changes can make such a difference to everyone's mental and physical health.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Personally I prefer to run my sessions in person as I feel it is much easier to build up the rapport, trust and relationship that personal training benefits from. However, I am willing to offer remote sessions online if this is a particular preference or a mix of the two.
