My 6 weeks is complete. Absolutely amazed at my results. Tom is brilliant at encouraging, supporting and pushing you that little bit harder every session. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I don't think I could have chosen a better place to start my physical (and mental) transformation! I have never in my life loved exercising so much. Tom is the perfect PT, he gives you all the support and help needed and he pushes to achieve your goals! The studio is not as busy as a gym so for who, as myself, is not very confident on exercising in front of loads of people, this place is perfect! Sessions are always different and there is a max of 6 people and the girls are all lovely. It is another way of getting to know new people too! Couldn't recommended it enough. More...

A group of us started working out with Tom towards the end of lockdown and I was somewhat nervous about exercising after having a baby plus lockdown weight. Tom is very inviting and made all of us feel comfortable and pushed us hardddd, but could see we had the ability to be pushed. Would highly recommend!! More...

I have been working out with Tom for 5 weeks now. I absolutely love each HiiT session. My energy levels after my second baby had hit rock bottom, where even walking up the stairs was an effort. After just the first week I noticed a huge difference I wasn’t feeling sluggish, had more energy and was sleeping a lot better. I have lost a total of 4.5 inches from my waist and 6kg in weight, in a short period. I look forward to my transformation after 6 weeks. More...

I have been training on and off for years, however, never saw the results. Since training with Tom, I didn’t think I would be so diligent and motivated to push myself week after week. He is always very helpful and wants you to achieve those goals you set for yourself. He pushes you and keeps it interesting/ challenging by including different types of fitness like Hiit and reps/sets. He helps you keep an eye on your macros, and teaches you what you need to know, to achieve your goal. 100% recommend. More...

Motivation. If you have the motivation and follow a structured plan you can achieve anything. That goes for everything in life.

Seeing the confidence and happiness grow in people. Weights and measurements are great but when you can seriously impact someones mental health..now that’s epic!

It’s just my personal choice. I like to think with hard work and dedication you can achieve a proportionally great life!

I don’t actually take just anyone on as a client. I always like to speak with people first and see if we’re a good fit to work together.

The Studio is fully santised after every session and times are staggered to ensure a safe flow of people.
