Here at Peak Performance Fitness Development Centre in Burton our fundamental approach to fitness is crafted through careful strength & conditioning training.
What distinguishes us from larger or national gyms is that along with using the latest performance based training methods, every member benefits from the expert support of a qualified personal trainer - we really are as passionate about your fitness as our own.
After initial consultation, members are issued a bespoke personal training plan and depending on which membership package purchased, can include up to three personal training sessions a week.
There are no long-term membership contracts. We believe the results achieved through working out with our experts is enough to motivate you into staying with us. As you get close to achieving a goal, we reassess progress and set the next one.
