My training programs are customized according to client's needs. Even if clients suffer of some conditions or have/had injuries, I can build a training plan that can suit their needs. I offer full support 7/7.

There is no secret. It's all about having the right training plan, eating properly and sleeping enough hours per night. When you have these 3 elements you just have to commit to them. Then you can ask for a massage to relax. :)

The happiness and satisfaction on people's face when they achieve their target or when at the end of a Massage session they tell me "It feels much better now!"

My knowledge is not only related to a personal training weekends course, I'm graduating in BSc Exercise and Sport Science, I have deep knowledge of Human Physiology, Biomechanics, Psychology, Sport Performance and Science of Injury. I also have experience in Rehabilitation as I worked more than 2 years as Physiotherapy Assistant at the Queens Medical Centre hospital and I'm now part of a Physiotherapy Team. Even if my clients suffer of some conditions or have/had injury, I know how to plan a workout that can suit their needs.

I follow the rules given by the government: social distance, cleaning equipment before and after use, apron/mask/visor when providing massage.

Services

Online Personal Training is the best choice for people who prefer to workout in the privacy of their home, but still want the support of a professional who can guide them through their customised training plan. You will get the same advantage of a 1-2-1 session without moving from the comfort of your home.
Online sessions take place via Skype or Zoom call.

Online Personal Training service involves a first FREE consultation where you will have the opportunity to explain me what your needs are and what you want to achieve.

Personal Training has different options. You can decide to have your session in the gym (I use one in West Bridgford) or in the comfort of your home.

Massage Therapy involves a first 1 hour appointment where you will have the opportunity to explain me the reason why you need a massage and to show me the body part you want me to treat. A postural and mobility assessment will be performed during this appointment to evaluate your physical status and identify the areas of your body that need treatment.
I offer different kinds of massage and services who can suit everyone’s needs:

– Sports Massage: Can alleviate pain caused by muscle shortening or weakness, joint dysfunction, neuromuscular inefficiency, injuries, …
– Swedish Massage: Helps to stimulate circulation, flush the circulatory system, release tight muscles, restore range of motion and to relieve pain.
– Deep Tissue Massage: Uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It focus more on releasing chronic muscle tension or adhesions.
– Sport Event Massage: Can be performed before, during, between or after sports events:

Pre-event: for mental and physiological preparation;
Intra-event: for recovering and to be prepared for the next performance;
Post-event: for mental and physiological recovery.
