You do NOT need gym membership to attend. You are granted free access to the gym for all personal training sessions, meaning you do not have to pay for and have any gym membership at all for personal training. You can also bring a friend with you to the session and split the cost between you. I can help you achieve any goal you may have. This includes weight management, strength and endurance training, muscle building and fitness improvement and I also provide free nutritional advice as well as help build your own knowledge and confidence so that you're able to do what I do for you for yourself. I specialise particularly in form correction which is essential for every person who steps into a gym. It ensures exercises are optimally effective, 100% safe and provide you with longevity. What sets me apart from any other trainer in the area? I started training to become a PT as young as possible at the age of 16 and since then have valuable experience working in three different health clubs, not to mention the many client transformations I have helped achieve which you can view online at anytime. They are all 100% authentic and also feature testimonials. There are thousands of PTs in the area, but not many of them have proven success with clients and their goals. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I'll take into account your career, lifestyle, current nutrition and exercise habits and find the best way to manipulate these factors to make reaching your goals easier without having any barriers.

To reach your fitness goals you've got to enjoy your training. My sessions will be different every time to avoid plateaus and ensure your enjoyment whilst still sticking to the fundamental exercise factors that work to transform your body which have been proven through years and years of training as well as with my previous and current clients.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

I can give you a thousand motivational quotes, but the truth is you have to actually get up off your backside and work for it. And that's all there is to it really. Let's work for it together, split the workload and smash your fitness goals this year.

Patience is key, but I promise we'll get there in the end if we both put the work in.

What do you love most about your job?

I love seeing people progress from where they were to where they are now, and knowing that I was a big part of that is the most rewarding thing about the job.

The client transformations I'm most proud of are the difficult ones, such as the individuals who suffer from anorexia or obesity or the ones who are so crippled with injuries that they're limited to what they can do. But I always find a way and we get there together.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I wanted to get into the fitness industry because I did a lot of training myself and saw great success but equally saw many others struggling to have the same success that I did. I was never really judging others but always took notice of others and could see their training wasn't really effective or thought out. My friends always used to ask to come to the gym with me and I always loved passing on my knowledge and socialising and making my training fun and helping others in an environment they weren't so sure about.

I started off as a gym instructor and experienced none of this at all. All I did was a very rare fitness class or induction and a bit of cleaning and reception cover. All in all I was a glorified cleaner and did barely any fitness related work at all.

So I decided to use my personal training qualification, my gym knowledge and do just that. And now I love it. My career is in the gym helping others train and reach their goals and it's so rewarding and enjoyable and I wear joggers for a living and enjoy myself. It's great!

You should choose me because my personal training WILL get you to your goal in a fun but effective way and at a very affordable rate.

Personal trainers with my track record of proven results are few and far between. I only charge £25 per hour session or 5 sessions for £100, which is a bargain for what you'll be getting. A lot of trainers try to tie you into a 10 session block in excess of £300 for their own security, but I don't need to do that.

My personal training knowledge is vast and I can cater for everybody and their goal. I have different training techniques to suit you and do genuinely care about your training. I'm only 19 years old and have more client success that many PTs have beyond my age. Growing up in a fitness environment is much more valuable than being in the industry for just a few years.
