I am a Body Transformation Specialist with years of experience. My aim is to get you to your goal as quick and as healthy as possible. Whilst gaining valuable knowledge and resistance training and nutrition, making your new physique easy to maintain once you reach your goal.
I been training with Anthony for last 12 weeks , when I started I had lots of pain in my foot and knees.If I walk only few steps I will struggle to get up from bed next morning, so I have to cycle everywhere. I got 2 little kids so not be able to walk with them was very difficult for me as we used to go for long walks before. So I decided to get some advice and help from personal trainer. Anthony is polite and very funny. His mum can be really proud of him , you don’t see young boys like him very often these days . Hi never tells me off, but also never feel sorry for old fossil like me ?. He knows his job very well and always happy to help.Since February I lost 12kg and what is more important I can walk now without any pain. I started to run as well and I can run 5 km now . So for me Anthony is best choice .????️♀️?️♀️?️♀️

We offer one-to-one personal training, small group sessions if you want to train just with friends/family and we have regular group classes that you can join should you wish to supplement your fitness regime.
I signed up for the 6 kick boxing classes not knowing what to expect and imagined leaving as the next chun li! When I got there, i felt anxious and overwhelmed that I looked like the unfittest person there and the work out further solidified my belief. Barinder was calm and ran the class at a pace that was comfortable and flexible to work at my own pace. Lisa and reena were also very supportive and patient. The classes are well structured and take well being into consideration. I am going to leave my last class next week with a skill set that I look forward to developing and a renewed passion to get fit again. Thanks to all of you and my friend sukhy who presented the opportunity to go for your patience, support and the incentive to get back into shape. I would recommend these classes to anyone!!!

Determination and hard work always pay off, especially when coupled with expert knowledge from your PT, you really can achieve the body of your dreams.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping clients to transition from where they are to where they want to be. There is nothing greater than sharing a journey with a client, including the ups and downs to hitting that end goal. For them and me it’s personal growth, it’s becoming the best version of themselves yet.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A love of wanting to help others in what seems like a completely complicated market, nutrition is an area which has been completely over complicated, we make it very simple and coupled with exercise a fun, educational experience.
