This is a proper gym, with PTs who actually know what they are talking about (look at them, they know how to train - it's more than qualifications with them - it's a way of life).The equipment is exceptional. All the highest quality stuff and they are cleaning it all the time. Admittedly on first look this is like a serious bodybuilding gym (which is kinda what I wanted), but in reality it's inclusive for all people who want to get fit in a friendly, high quality environment. I've made friends training here as well as introduced a few people to train there.
