I have been getting both PT sessions and massages off Beth for a while now,
She is a highly skilled masseuse, and has really helped with both injuries and general muscle tightness from day to day activities.
In PT she pushes me to my limits but works with me to achieve my goals. She is informative and always ensures that you have correct technique in any movements.

I've been doing Carla's classes for over 5 years now and I've been a proper full member of CGF for three months. I absolutely love the classes - there's something for everyone and all the instructors are great at adjusting moves for individual needs. The camaraderie and support from the instructors and fellow members is fantastic - there is always encouragement whatever the level you're at. It's more than a fitness group, it's friendship all round.
