How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

We work closely with each individual client in a way that is designed for us to create a program that works for you, not against you. We feel too many programs are generic and copy/pasted, therefore leaving a person with generic results and eventually back to square one. Our whole ethos at Eden Online is give the client what they need from a support point of view, with attention to detail and with actual care. We leave no stone unturned with the effort we put in in order to get you the results you hire us for. We've built an incredible reputation and have a highly credible and qualified team who are keen to get working with new people.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

This is simple. People need to be guided in a way that sets them up for long term success, not short term. It's easy to get quick results, but to maintain them is a whole other beast. Our coaches have methods to keep you consistent to the right plan, and then keep that going for a long period of time. Education is key in this. We don't give you a plan then leave you high and dry. We educate you as to why we're doing certain things and ultimately can give you the freedom to understand and make the right choices.

What do you love most about your job?

I've been coaching people for almost a decade now. I can admittedly say there's never been a day I've not wanted to go to work and help people. Training is a true passion of mine, but I love helping people with their fitness journey way more. I always get a kick out of it and there's no better feeling when a client is feeling their best, I love that. This is why I decided to start my own private personal training facility. I'd been working 1-1 in person and online and wanted to reach even more people. I now have a team of coaches who are making a real difference to people's lives and in the fitness industry.

What inspired you to start your own business?

It's always been important to me to help as many people as possible, sometimes numbers can be limited, so I decided to start my own PT facility and hire a team of coaches in order to expland the number of people I can help. It's all about making a difference for me. If I'm helping people feel better, I'm happy.

Why should our clients choose you?

I love what I do, it's as simple as that. My time in the industry is almost at a decade now and I feel I've sustained and thrived for this long purely because I care about the people I work with. A lot of people are in this industry just because they enjoy training. It needs to be more than that. You need a real desire to help people and get the best out of them. My skill set lies right there, in helping people become the strongest version of themselves. I've helped people from all walks of life. People who just want to lose some weight, get ready for a holiday, gain muscle, gain strength (I've coached people to compete at the British Championships in Powerlifting), photoshoot prep, all sorts. My experience level is high and can help you generally no matter what your goal is.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

We mainly provide online personal training services. My personal training facility is based in Warrington if you're local to us. However, we have built an online platform in which we help people all over the country. We have an app which makes everything very simple to follow and manage and our process is fool proof and has been tried and tested many times. Online is generally the way to go these days. We love it. We give an incredible service under this umbrella and many of our clients thrive under it too.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Our facility is cleaned throughly, daily. We have santising stations around the gym. The team have weekly lateral flow tests and everyone has been vaccinated.
