We have a complete range of services to offer our customers to help them become their best self. If pain is holding you back, then our physiotherapists have the expertise to create an exercise programme that will not only improve you health and fitness, but also improve and often eliminate your pain. We call these "Pain Prevention Sessions"

If your goal is simply to get fitter, lose weight, build muscle or transform your physique, then our experienced personal trainers can help create and support you through a bespoke programme tailored to your needs. They will give you guidance on diet, training out side of sessions, and provide you with all the support you need to achieve your goals, whatever they may be.

All of this is done in our private, fully equipped studio. Without any members of the public using the gym, you can be sure you will have the environment to maximise the benefit of your sessions, without having to wait for equipment, and without the distractions that the big crowds commercial gyms have.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

This depends on what your definition is!

If a perfect body to you is one that allows you to lead an active and enjoyable lifestyle without pain, then the key is variety. Do as much as you can to challenge your body in a safe way. Combining strengthening and cardiovascular exercise is the ultimate combination to stay physically and psychologically healthy.

If your idea of a perfect body is to look like a superhero, then it requires dedication and a structured plan made up of diet and specific cyclical training regimes designed to improve strength, increase muscle mass and reduce body fat.
