How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I take into account the client's likes and dislikes when it comes to both training and eating, and I then tailor a plan around that to create a plan that is enjoyable and easy to stick to. I will also check in with my clients on a weekly basis. making sure they are staying on track and if not, then I will find a solution.

Persistence, dedication and knowledge of the body and how it works.

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing people achieve things they told me they didn't think they could achieve, and exceeding their own expectations.

What inspired you to start your own business?

The ability to work closer with my clients and use my own training techniques to help tem get to where they need to be, as opposed to using pre made gym plans and only being able to use a limited number of exercises. Being self employed un-restricts me, and allows me to put my clients on the fast track.

Why should our clients choose you?

Because I can make exercise fun for you and addictive. I have so many different platforms I can use, such as martial arts training, gymnastics training, military inspired training, bodyweight/callisthenics training, alternative cardio training, old-school bodybuilding, circuits, crossfit, kettlebells and HIIT.
