If you have injuries that restrict your exercise regime, Simon will help you find ways around this. Having continuous issues with tendonitis, RSI, Carpal Tunnel etc, Simon took the time to show me how to do exercises that didn't aggravate them but that still worked my shoulders, back and arms. He also helped me to improve my squats and showed me a few core exercises I didn't know about. He worked around all of my injuries and I can feel the benefit (and a good ache) from the exercises he showed me today. Throughout, he made sure that I wasn't in any discomfort (that wasn't supposed to be there haha). I honestly feel like the exercises he's shown me are more beneficial to my posture than the ones that I was shown in my NHS physio appointments (they caused me pain and felt like they were doing less for me overall, even months along the line). After this session, my injuries are no more painful than they were yesterday, which is great because I am always worried about a flare-up. Worth booking a session with him for sure. :D
