How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I keep it simple and put the emphasis on educating my clients.
Like everything new, there is a learning curve to overcome, and the weight loss learning curve can easily become very confusing and demotivating if not handled in the correct way. By stripping everything back to the basics we will start work from the absolute beginning and make sure you understand why we are taking every single step. This not only creates a stronger emotional connection with the information but also gives you the tools you need to sustain your new lifestyle without a trainer!

Consistency is the absolute key.
1 amazing workout is good.
1 good workout 3 times a week is amazing.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting people, forming relationships, helping people achieve things they thought impossible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I simpy wanted to put all my time and energy into meeting new people and helping them with whatever health and fitness goals they had. By starting my own PT business I was able to do this.

I‘ll get you were you want to be, and we’ll have a great time getting there.
For me, the ‘personal’ part of PT is just as (if not more) important than the training itself. It's all about the relationship we form - I like to think of all my clients as close friends, and I make sure they regard me as one too.
