How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I use exercise testing to evaluate my clients progress/regression. Whether it be aerobic, strength or mobility assessments frequent testing helps deploy a more tailored strategy to help my clients reach their goals.

Collated data from assessments combined with scientific evidence and reflective practice helps me provide a more effective service.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

My philosophy is work hard, work smart. There’s no secret really!, it’s simple. I use evidence based strategies combined with old school grit to help you achieve your goal.

What do you love most about your job?

Not just helping people reach their goals but I take much satisfaction in opening people’s minds, helping them achieve feats that they didn’t even consider possible.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Apart from feeling I have a lot to give, after so long in the industry I feel like this is the next phase in my career. This move is yet another welcome stepping stone to having my own personal training studio. I want to take my Personal training practice to a whole new level. Delivering a premium service that allows my clients to reach their results as safe and as quickly as possible.

I have 10 years of working within gyms, 6 years studying in the field of Nutrition and a year working with student athletes. I am educated to post graduate in the area of Exercise, Nutrition and Sports.
