Jamie’s workouts are tailored to my ability and I never have to worry about injuries and joint pains which had previously made me fear exercising. He knows when to up the ante and takes care to include mobility and alternatives to exercises that I may not be able to do due to pain. Thanks Jamie! More...

I would totally recommend Jamie to anyone looking to have some personal training. As well as being demanding and tough in his sessions which you would expect, he also has a great sense of humour which he uses to get the best out of you so it doesn’t feel too torturous.
Definitely worth every penny.

I have a range of skills and expertise and select the most appropriate training techniques to each individual client to ensure that each session they are pushed but within their capability.

Small changes to your daily routine which are not only easier to achieve than a complete overhaul of your diet and training but are more realistic to maintain in the long term! Hard work in the gym is essential!

Seeing my clients achieve their goals and working with such a diverse range of clientele and the challenge of helping each individual achieve their goals.

I enjoyed my role as a Fitness Instructor within my centre but making my transition to Personal Training allowed me to manage clients more and focus more on them as individuals and their performance.

My sessions are not only hard work but fun and interesting, you wont have two sessions that are the same as I enjoy using as many techniques as I can to get the most out of your body and achieve your goals!
