I cannot recommend Optimal Personal Training enough. Before I met Ash he asked about my goals so he could tailor my consultation appropriately.....I asked for a magic wand! "For the first time in my life to get fit; lose weight; tone up; feel healthier and happier and have more energy physically and mentally". Too much to ask I said.....Ash said immediately all was possible. 6 weeks later I can confirm he was right. I have lost weight but that's not what I'm really grateful for, I am fitter (although still can't cope with Burpees!!!), I have toned up, I feel healthier, happier and have more energy mentally and physically. A long way to go, and it isn't easy but Ash makes it easier and possible. Wish I'd started sooner and would recommend to my closest friends. Also to add this is, in my opinion, better than a gym membership as this actually happens, more intense and more personal to your needs. If you're thinking about it, go for it, you won't regret it, it can only bring positives.

The secret is enjoying your training and eating the correct calories based on whatever goal you are looking to achieve. Once you can achieve this balance and understand the calories in the foods you are eating it makes the process a lot easier. You need to enjoy what you are doing otherwise you will never stick to it. People think the gym is boring but that's because they are stuck in the same old routine, id hate the gym if I was on the treadmill for hours! Its all about finding out what you enjoy and progressing your training from there.

I love meeting new people and watching their confidence grow. There is always an underlying reason why somebody wants to get to their goal, its not always ' I just want to drop a dress size' they want to drop the dress size for a reason.
