The amount of people I knew with confidence and body image issues and the stress and anxiety that caused for them was horrid to see, its upsetting seeing people who you care about holding themselves back because they were self conscious and didn't feel they could relax.

I knew that getting the basics sorted (regular exercise and a healthy diet and positive mindset) would solve a lot of these problems so I set out to help them become more confident, happier versions of themselves.
