Very supportive group. Both the trainers and all the member are encouraging. They make you feel at ease. They are like a family. Always there if you need advice.

Well where do I start?! - I have been a member of Mybody-Fit for over 2 years now going to classes as well as having a 121 PT session once a week. I would not be without either. I thoroughly recommend Mybody-Fit without hesitation. I was worried about going to classes as well as whether I would be able to do what the PT would set me, but I needn’t have worried! The people in the groups are so supportive and encouraging and moreover we have all become friends/family supporting each other both inside and outside of the gym. Jake and his team are amazing, always supporting and encouraging you again inside and outside of the gym helping you to set goals and achieve those goals every step of the way! For me fitness is a now a way of life, I am fitter, stronger and thinner (of course) but the enthusiasm and support of the team at Mybody-Fit is truly intoxicating and I would not be where I am today if it wasn’t for the support, guidance and encouragement from these guys and the people who attend the group! So if you are looking for a friendly bunch of likeminded people MBF is the group for you!!! More...

I have always struggled with gyms, I found them to be faceless and very awkward to actually enjoy working out. but mybody-fit is so so much more than a gym with brilliant, knowledgeable trainers, great members and a wonderfully positive atmosphere. cannot reccomend highly enough.

I’ve been training regularly for many years now. I’d got to a point where I was looking for some new ideas and exercises to challenge me. That’s where MBF came in. I’d seen their classes taking place in the gym and had been watching the PT’s work with their clients and was very impressed by their energy and attitude towards their clients and training in general. I’ve been having PT with Jake for almost a year now. I can honestly say that since training with Jake and taking part in regular group classes, at 38 years of age I’m in my best shape ever! The PT sessions and classes are varied, challenging and great fun. I always leave the gym feeling totally pumped and ready for the day ahead of me. All of MBF’s personal trainers are wonderful people and are full of energy and motivation. There’s a real sense of ‘team spirit’ attitude with MBF. I joined Mybody-Fit last year to help with my weight loss journey and work on my body as well as my fitness. All I can say is that I do not regret my decision. Working with the team has allowed me to achieve so many fitness goals that I never dreamt of achieving. When I joined MBF I started with 121 personal training with Jake. I really enjoyed my sessions with him and he pushed me in different ways to what I've been used to. I now don't just focus on being skinny, I think and train like an athlete. I then also started the group training sessions which added a new dimension to my training, I also got to know all the other trainers who are all so encouraging, and best of all I got to know all the other MBF members who I now call family. PT session and group sessions are consistently challenging and fun. Really appreciate how the PT's constantly review your goals and mix up your sessions to make sure you are still progressing and pushing yourself. Support in regards to food knowledge is incredibly useful and has helped me achieve more than I thought was possible. Not at all pushy and work with you at a pace that benefits you personally. It's not a one size fits all solution and I think that's why it works so well for so many people! More...

Jake and the team are really personable and make you feel comfortable when training. Having used various trainers before, I was encouraged with how Jake listened to my needs and constructed a programme around my injuries and goals I wanted to achieve. Great group of personal trainers. Regular sessions have helped improve my fitness for the level of Ice Hockey I play and aided my recovery from a knee injury that has held me back for a number of years. Really recommend.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about MYBODY-FIT. With my wedding a little over a year away, I've been working towards feeling my best and getting fitter for the big day. I've been a member of MBF since August and it's been the best decision I've ever made for my health and happiness. All of the trainers are fantastic, welcoming and motivating. They will offer you an incredible level of support to help you achieve your goals and also just enjoy the process!
There is just a brilliant sense of community that makes attending sessions so enjoyable. If you're keen to lose weight, tone up and get stronger and fitter but have a lot of laughs along the way - then MBF is for you!
I want to give a special shout out to Sarah who I do one-to-one sessions with. She is a dream trainer who has made me feel strong and always pushes me on!

I needed one-to-one support badly. I’d been to the gym on several occasions but never really pushed myself. Working with a Lewis has given me extra fitness, flexibility and strength, but more importantly, given me a more healthier approach to nutrition and activities.

I've been doing semi-private training with Jake for 3 months now and am really enjoying it. Jake is great at keeping us motivated and providing varied and fun workouts which are tailored to the needs of those present. He also advises on nutrition and helps you plan for holidays etc. I've lost 2 dress sizes (and 3 stone) since starting and am looking forward to continuing my weight loss/fitness journey. We like to take the Personal Approach. This is why we offer the free trial session. Its really important to me and my team that we get to know our clients so that we can really focus on what they want to achieve and then create the program best to achieve what they want.

Consistence and a system to follow. It not about being an angel all the time. Its about enjoying the process. There are plenty of way to get into shape. If you want lasting results you need to find a way that it suits your lifestyle and you can enjoy/ Coupe with. Many of our clients are constantly travelling or on the go as life is very busy these days. We try find ways in which they don't have to sacrifice the things they love but still get the result they want.

People. I am very lucky to work with some great clients and its a pleasure to help them enjoy the body & lifestyle they want.

Personally for me it was about two things. A lifestyle choice of being able to grow on my terms and the secondly to work with the people i wanted to help. I include my trainers in that as love watch them and there client improve and grow also.

Our 121 Personal Training programs are designed to fit your goals. We ensure we put everything in place so that you have a results driven and enjoyable experiance

Our Small group Personal training program has had some huge successes. Our group program has up to 5 people in a session. It is a fun and enjoyable way to get the results you want within a supportive and encouraging environment where people share their great ideas and motivate each other to do their best.

This is an intense 12 weeks program designed for people who want to see some real results fast. 121 & Small group available.

Our team training program is large group HITT session. The High Intensity interval training is great way to burn up calories fast.
