How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I always make sure that my clients programmes and nutritional plans are tailored to suit them and there goals. I like to use weights and various bodyweight exercises to improve my clients overall strength, fitness and body shape. I make them perform exercises they would never attempt own. I like to make my sessions challenging but very enjoyable. Over all the years I have worked in the fitness industry I like to share all my tips an advice with my clients. With my clients I make them feel comfortable and understand there limits and ability.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

You need to be disciplined and self motivated. Always make sure you are giving one hundred percent in your session and your nutrition. Don't cut corners and listen to your trainer. If give your best you will get the results you want.

What do you love most about your job?

I have a passion for helping people achieve there goals. I am very energetic and enjoy meeting new people and this job enables me to do that. I have always been into fitness and coaching so this is the perfect job for me and I couldn't see myself doing anything else.

What inspired you to start your own business?

After being a employed Personal Trainer for years and being very successful with my client base and getting them great results, I decided to do my own thing and work for myself. I have always wanted to work for myself and be my own boss and with all the experience and knowledge I have learned I was finally able to start my own business.
