I used to have trainers who didn't care about my body and its pain or imbalances and they kept using the same old fashioned methods that didnt work with me and it eventually led to a serious of injuries that im still trying to correct.
I started to study human body and bio-mechanics specifically to be a better professional and adjust whats wrong:) Make sure that whatever I provide is a high quality standard work and it guarantees Results on a LONG TERM not just for weeks or months.
